Reasons for Revamp:
I conducted a comprehensive Heuristic analysis in order to understand the project at hand. I identified several User Experience issues that could be fixed.
Key Performance Indicators:
Setting clear goals at the start of the project is crucial for aligning the team on priorities and ensuring focus on key objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Upon being onboarded as a Product Designer, I dove straight into the heart of the action. I conducted insightful interviews with both on-field agents using the application and those who were not, aiming to uncover the underlying issues from all perspectives. To translate these findings into tangible solutions, I meticulously crafted paper and digital wireframes, along with low and high-fidelity prototypes, ensuring a comprehensive design process that addressed the agents' needs and challenges.
Card Sorting:
I conducted affinity mapping based on user interview feedback. The insights were categorized into five key areas: UI Design, User Feedback, Features, Navigation & Usability, and Performance. This method highlighted common themes and areas for improvement, incorporating direct user quotes and detailed findings.
Persona:
I developed Ramesh Gupta's persona by analyzing user feedback from interviews, capturing his needs, goals, and pain points as a Senior Insurance Agent. This persona reflected real-world behaviors and effectively communicated key findings to stakeholders.
Wireframes:
Our wireframes were built on existing designs to ensure a smooth, easy-to-use experience, focusing on simplicity and comfort.
High Fidelity Prototype:
